o Understanding Optical Fusion Splicer and Testing equipment (OTDR, OPM, VFL)

o Hands-on training in the repair of Fusion Splicer machines, Cleavers, and other related

devices

o Practical sessions on using OTDR and OPM for testing fiber cables

2. ERP System Knowledge:

o Learning to create and close tickets in the ERP system

o Task coordination with accounts and store departments after completing a service task

3. Customer Support:

o Online support for customers regarding Optical Fiber systems and devices
