Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Financial Records: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
• Tax Preparation and Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Help prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
