D-TECH successfully organized a Free Service Camp on the first & Second day in Sauraha, Chitwan.
Customers from both the eastern and western regions of Chitwan visited the camp and received free servicing for their equipment. The event saw strong participation and positive engagement from our valued partners.
During the service camp, D-TECH provided support for major fusion splicer brands including COMWAY, Fujikura, INNO, and Tumtec. Our technical team ensured proper inspection, servicing, and professional guidance for each customer.
Following this successful event, D-TECH will continue its service journey with a visit to Butwal, Nepal, which is our second branch, to extend the same level of support to customers in that region.
Many ISP and IT companies attended the camp and expressed their satisfaction with the free service. Our team also visited customer offices, where we received valuable suggestions and feedback that will help us further improve our services.
