When you encounter issues with optical fiber and don't have the budget to purchase a Fusion Splicer, or if your device is currently under repair, D-TECH TRADING provides a convenient and affordable Fusion Splicer rental service. Our flexible options are tailored to meet urgent needs, allowing you to efficiently address fiber issues without committing to a full purchase.

and Conditions
Rental Confirmation: Customers must confirm both the start and return dates in advance.
Advance Scheduling: To ensure availability, rentals must be scheduled with prior notice.
Payment: All rental fees must be paid in advance, either online or in cash.
Security Deposit:
o A Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) equivalent to the cost of a new Fusion Splicer is required as a security measure. If a cheque is not available, the customer may deposit the security amount directly into our company account.
o The security deposit will be refunded once the Fusion Splicer is returned in its original condition.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, or issues caused by misuse.
Return Locations: Fusion Splicer units can be returned to any D-TECH branch.
Rental Duration: The rental period begins on the pick-up date and ends on the date the
Fusion Splicer is returned to our office.
Late Returns: Any delay in returning the unit will incur an additional daily rental
charge.
Rental Extensions: If customers wish to extend the rental period, they must inform D-
TECH ahead of time. Extensions will be added to the current contract.
Remote Customers: For customers outside Kathmandu, contracts and required
documentation can be sent electronically to expedite the process.
Included Equipment: Each rental includes the Fusion Splicer machine, cleaver, charger,
stripper, and hard carry box. The specific brand and model number will depend on availability.
Once all required documents, including the PDC and signed contract, are submitted, the Fusion Splicer rental can commence.
Technical Terms and Usage Restrictions
Equipment Care: Handle the Fusion Splicer carefully to avoid drops or physical damage.
Accessories: Do not alter, replace, or remove any accessories. Customers must compensate for any missing accessories.
Dust and Water Protection: Ensure the Fusion Splicer is stored and used in a clean, dust-free, and dry environment.
Battery Management: Do not overcharge the Fusion Splicer’s battery.
D-TECH is responsible for manufacturer defects only. Any issues arising from improper handling or technical misuse will be the customer's responsibility. If you are unsure of any settings, please consult our engineers before using the Fusion Splicer.
