1.     Rental Duration and Charges:

§  Rental charges are based on the selected duration (daily, weekly, or monthly).

§  Late returns will incur additional charges.

2.     Advance Booking:

§  Rental Confirmation: Customers must confirm the start and return dates before renting.

§  Advance Scheduling: Customers must book rentals ahead of time to make sure they are available.

§  Payment: Customers must pay the full rental fee before using the rental, either online or in cash.

3.     Security Deposit:

§  A refundable security deposit is required before renting the equipment.

§  The deposit will be returned after the machine is inspected upon return.

4.     Machine Usage and Care:

§  The fusion splicer must be handled properly and used for fiber optic splicing only.

§  The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period.

5.     Return Condition:
