Our service camp was successfully completed at Pokhara Internet.
Customers from various locations participated, including multiple ISPs and IT offices. Fusion splicer machines from almost all major brands were brought in for free servicing.
During the service camp, we had the opportunity to meet many of our valuable partners and customers. We also received important feedback regarding product requirements and service needs for network operations in the Pokhara region.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Bijesh, Owner of Pokhara Internet, and his entire team for providing the space and all necessary support to make this service camp successful.
We will be returning again after three months at the same location to continue our service support and to provide further information about D-TECH services and products.
