The Grafting Tournament is intended to unite the best fiber optic professionals to contend and exhibit their skill in fiber joining a basic cycle in guaranteeing the effectiveness and unwavering quality of fiber optic organizations. This year, the opposition is fiercer than any time in recent memory, with top specialists from across the area prepared to show their accuracy and specialized ability.

We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Splicing Tournament, organized by the esteemed D-TECH & EMAN Teams for Fiber Technicians. This event is a celebration of the remarkable skills and invaluable contributions of fiber technicians in Nepal, who play a pivotal role in shaping our modern technological landscape.

Event Overview: The Splicing Tournament is tailor-made for fiber technicians and promises an exciting showcase of expertise and precision. Hosted at our D-TECH head office in Mahalaxmisthan, Lalitpur, this event is set to elevate the standards of splicing mastery.

Certificate Name: OFC Splicing Master: Participants will compete for the prestigious title of "OFC Splicing Master," a testament to their unrivaled proficiency in the field of optical fiber cable splicing.

Awards and Prizes: The winning team will not only receive recognition for their skills but also be rewarded handsomely with a cash prize of NPR 2,000 and a Fiber Cleaver DT-15.

Tournament Details:

• Each tournament session will feature 5 groups, with each team comprising a splicer and an assistant.
• Splicing Time: 35 minutes, ensuring a test of speed and accuracy under pressure.
• Tournament Dates: May 17th and May 24th, 2024, with each session accommodating 5 groups.

Registration and Entry:

• Participants must register before May 16th, 2:00 PM, via our online form.
• The entry fee for a team is NPR 200, payable via Esewa.
• Only one team per company is allowed, with strict adherence to registration deadlines.

Conditions and Requirements:

• All participants must ensure their tools, including Fusion Splicer machines, are in optimal working condition.
• Citizenship proof and company affiliation documentation are mandatory for participation.
• Late arrivals will not be entertained, emphasizing punctuality and professionalism.

Tournament Location & Time:

• Location: Mahalaxmisthan, Lalitpur
• Arrival Time: 4:30 PM, with the program commencing promptly at 5:00 PM.
• A tea program will follow at 5:45 PM, offering a chance for networking and camaraderie.
