This Dashain, D-TECH Trading along with EMAN Communications proudly hosted the FTTR Dashain Tournament 2025 at our head office in Mahalaxmisthan, Lalitpur. The event beautifully blended the spirit of the festival with technical expertise, giving fiber professionals a chance to showcase their knowledge, creativity, and practical skills.



          Tournament Highlights

            Two enthusiastic teams were selected for the competition:

·         Jagruk Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

·         Satlink Nepal Pvt. Ltd.

            Each team was allocated 50 minutes to complete a series of tasks that tested their all- round capabilities. The competition flow included:

1.      Briefing Session – An introduction to the tournament rules and objectives.

2.      Designing Task – Teams drew their FTTR design layouts.

3.      Q&A Round – Participants answered multiple-choice questions related to FTTH and FTTR.

4.      Practical Implementation – Teams demonstrated their design with provided equipment.

            The scoring was based on accuracy, design clarity, problem-solving, and successful implementation









Close Competition & Winners

Both teams showcased excellent teamwork and technical depth, making the competition intense and exciting. With just a small margin in scoring, Jagruk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. secured the winning title and proudly took home the grand prize – a Khasi weighing over 30kg.

To celebrate everyone’s effort, all four participants (two from each team) were rewarded with premium Comway blades – a token of appreciation for their skills and    dedication.




Event Experience

The tournament was more than just a competition. It was a celebration of innovation, learning, and festive joy. Our IT teams monitored and evaluated the sessions, while employees from D-TECH and EMAN ensured smooth coordination. Snacks were served, adding to the cheerful environment and allowing participants and attendees to relax and connect.
