Installation Recommendation
For optimum splicing performance, use a high-quality fiber cleaver, clean fiber with 99% IPA before splicing, perform automatic arc calibration whenever environmental conditions change, and replace electrodes after approximately 3,500 arc discharges. Charge the battery fully before field operation to achieve up to 200 splice and heat cycles.
