ST-QDFC 400G Coherent QSFP-DD Module
The ST-QDFC coherent optical module is designed for Data Center Interconnect (DCI) applications and complies with the OIF 400ZR MSA and QSFP-DD MSA standards. It supports digital diagnostics through an I2C interface and delivers high-performance 400G coherent transmission in a compact QSFP-DD Type 2 form factor.
The module operates on the C-band 75 GHz / 100 GHz grid and integrates coherent DSP ASIC functionality with ultra-narrow linewidth tunable lasers, high-speed modulators, and highly responsive coherent receivers. It supports 400G 16QAM modulation at 60G baud rate and is optimized for modern high-capacity optical networking.
