MAT (40% RTS): Fiber strain < 0.05%.
Crush Test IEC 60794-1-21-E3 ≤ 0.1 dB attenuation at 1550 nm under 2200 N, with no residual attenuation.
Impact Test IEC 60794-1-21-E4 450 g weight, 1 m height, 5 impacts. No sheath cracks or residual attenuation.
Repeated Bending Test criteria to be confirmed according to the applicable cable specification.

ADSS Cable Mechanical Performance

The cable is designed with a Rated Tensile Strength (RTS) of 4800 N and a Maximum Allowable Tension (MAT) of 1900 N. Its aramid reinforcement, controlled bending radius and wide operating temperature range provide mechanical protection for aerial optical fiber installations.
