DWDM MUX AND DEMUX (Red 29-36) & (Blue 45-52)1U - 8CH

This is an 8-channel DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) multiplexer/demultiplexer system designed to combine and separate multiple optical wavelengths over a single fiber using bidirectional (BiDi) transmission. It’s packaged in a standard 1U rack-mount chassis and includes two LGX fiber adapter boxes for clean fiber management and modular installation.

• 8 DWDM Channels (BiDi): Supports 8 optical wavelengths on one fiber using bidirectional operation.
• Red & Blue Wavelength Groups: Channels in two ITU-T grid bands — Red (29-36) and Blue (45-52) — covering part of the C-band spectrum used for high-capacity optical links.
• 1U Rack Form Factor: Fits a standard 19″ equipment rack with included 2 LGX fiber boxes for neat fiber organization and easy patching.
• Passive Device: Typically operates without power or active electronics, reducing maintenance and increasing reliability (common for DWDM passive modules).
• Single-Fiber BiDi: Combines multiplexing and demultiplexing of channels in both directions over a single optical fiber strand, saving fiber infrastructure costs.
